Acceptable Use Policy

This acceptable use policy covers the products, services, and technologies (collectively referred to as the "Products") provided by Ask Yura LLC under any ongoing agreement. It's designed to protect us, our customers, and the general Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, and illegal activity. Ask Yura LLC customers found engaging in activities prohibited by this acceptable use policy can be liable for service suspension and account termination. In extreme cases, we may be legally obliged to report such customers to the relevant authorities.
Fair Use
We provide our facilities assuming your use will be "business as usual", as per our offer schedule. If your use is considered excessive, additional fees may be charged or capacity may be restricted.
We are opposed to all forms of abuse, discrimination, rights infringement, and/or any action that harms or disadvantages any group, individual, or resource. We expect our customers and, where applicable, their users ("end-users") to likewise engage our Products with similar intent.
Customer Accountability
Customers are responsible for their own actions and for anyone using our Products with their permission. This includes unauthorized use due to a failure to implement reasonable security measures.
By accepting our Products, customers agree to enforce this policy for their end-users. Complaints about customer or end-user actions will be forwarded to the account's nominated contact.
Violations of this policy may result in termination of the Products or the account without notice. No credit will be available for service interruptions caused by violations of this policy.
Prohibited Activity
Copyright Infringement & Unauthorized Material
Our Products must not be used to transmit, distribute, or store any material that violates the law. This includes:
- Copyrighted, trademarked, or other protected material used without authorization
- Obscene, defamatory, threatening, or export-controlled content
Customers are solely responsible for all material they input, upload, transmit, or publish, and must have legal permission to use any works included.
Spam & Unauthorized Messaging
Our Products must not be used to:
- Send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages ("spam")
- Run unconfirmed mailing or telephone number lists
- Subscribe users to lists without their permission
- Use third-party-purchased lists
All messaging lists hosted on our Products must be "confirmed opt-in" with verifiable consent for the list's lifespan.
This applies to any messages:
- Sent using our Products
- Sent from other networks but refer back to our hosted content
Unethical, Exploitative & Malicious Activity
Our Products must not be used to:
- Advertise or distribute tools that violate this policy
- Facilitate spam, network sniffing, pinging, spoofing, flooding, mail-bombing, or DoS attacks
- Access unauthorized accounts or data (e.g., hacking, cracking, phreaking)
- Introduce viruses or malicious code
- Harass others, including hate speech or advocacy of violence
Other prohibited actions include:
- Fraudulent attempts to obtain unpaid services
- Unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of customer data
- Interfering with others' use of our network
- Publishing content inciting violence or depicting illegal acts
- Violations of privacy or consumer protection laws
- Activities linked to illegal gambling, terrorism, weapons, or drug trafficking
Unauthorized Use of Ask Yura LLC Property
We prohibit impersonation of Ask Yura LLC or misrepresentation of a relationship with us to fraudulently gain services, trust, or custom.
About This Policy
This policy outlines a non-exclusive list of unacceptable activities. We may modify this policy at any time by publishing a revised version on our website.
The revised version becomes effective:
- When the customer uses our Products after publication, or
- 30 days after publication—whichever comes first.
